CNC Punching in Sheffield
A recent investment in a CNC Punching machine means we can offer a range of high quality
perforated and studded sheet materials including steel, stainless steel and perspex (perforated only).
Materials
The materials we can perforate include:

- Hardened Steel (after perforation)

- Brass

- Polypropylene
- PVC
We can also offer pre-treated metals which include polished, powder coated, shot
blasted and plated.
Capacity
Our new toy has a press capacity of 50 tonnes and can perforate sheet sizes up to
4m long and 1.5m wide. The thickness range varies from 0.7mm to 10mm thick (depending
on material and hole shape & size). The machine has a 44 Auto Index Station,
which allows us to create up to 44 different hole shapes and sizes at any angle on
each panel.
We can provide tooling for almost any hole shape. Click here
to see our most popular examples. Hole size ranges from a minimum of 2mm up to a
maximum of 100mm, however these sizes depend on the size and thickness of the panel and
the material type. Should your required hole not be possible, we would advise the
closest alternative we can offer.
